To write – Cary Briel
To write–
I suppose–
as all writers must,
dim rooms whisper our names,
tearing us from TV,
Youtube,
mp3.
Modernity,
now,
is surely the enemy,
pulling,
if not this way, then that,
risking,
well, everything.
